The Lithuanian-Norwegian joint venture TMTK UAB is a modern and prospective company of the recruitment of specialists supplying qualified employees from all over the world to the European Union Member States.
TMTK, UAB aims at creating the Future Company’s vision and continuously improving the standard of living of the parties concerned by establishing and meeting their needs. The company sees as its priority the integration and improvement of relationships between the parties by using the corporate strategy and goals.
The company devotes particular attention to upgrading of the quality management system. To ensure the quality of provided services, the company is committed to keep their provision and management the processes monitored and improved.
In order to meet consumer needs and expectations and to ensure stable and profitable operations of the company, TMTK UAB has set the following goals:
